Bklyn enROC Venue is a 2200sq Event Rental Space and Luxury Party furniture Rental company located in the heart of Rochester, NY. The space is flexible, customizable with a lounge area and main dining area. We aim to create unforgettable and seamless moments for our clients while offering them a convenient and well-equipped venue to host their event. We offer a wide variety of services including, event coordination, decorating services and event design.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What type of events can be held at the Venue? Private Events ONLY (ex: Birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers, bridal showers, repasts) INVITE-ONLY from the organizer. The event cannot be advertised to the public, including promoting on social media or handing out flyers for the exchange of a fee. There cannot be selling of food, beverages, or other items for financial gain. All food and beverage must be available to invited event attendees only. There cannot be an entrance fee or ticket of any kind, including pre-sales.
How much does it cost to rent the Venue? Our prices range from $1200 (SILVER PACKAGE) TO $3500 (LUXE PACKAGE).
Does the Venue allow smoking? Bklyn enROC is a smoke free venue. No smoking and Hookahs allowed inside the lounge area, outdoor space and near the venue.
What device and or accessories should my DJ bring? We have Bluetooth capable speakers and tables. The DJ will be responsible for their laptop, control board and microphone. If you do not have a DJ, you are welcomed to use our Bluetooth capable speakers.
Can I bring my own Bartender? Yes, you can bring you own bartender. All drinks must be served at the bar by the bartender. Open bottles are not allowed in other areas of the venue or outside away from the bar. The Venue includes beverage napkins and cocktail straws. The bartender will be responsible for all beverage related garnishes, mixing tools, drink mixers and ice.
Does the Venue come decorated? The venue does not come decorated. We offer add-on Props, Wall arches, Table centerpieces, Balloon designs and packages to create a custom celebration.
Can I hire my own decorating team? Yes! If you choose to hire your own decorating team, they will be required to set up and breakdown within your rental time. We do not allow items to be left overnight by outside vendors. Decorating restrictions includes, but is not limited Glitter, confetti, sand, floor/wall vinyl/decals and live animals.
Will I be responsible to set up my food area? Our venue includes a food station area in all the packages. You must bring serving utensils and warmers.
What is the Venue's capacity? Bklyn enROC Venue can accomodate up to 80 people.
Is there parking on the premises? Unfortunately, the venue does not offer designated parking for guest. However, we have plenty of street parking on the front side of the venue.
Will I have to clean up after my event? Leave the cleaning to us!
What do I need to do to book the Venue? The first step is to schedule an in-person tour of the venue. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the date. The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a natural disaster or a shutdown occurs due to a pandemic, you will receive a credit to reschedule for up to a year.
